Dear Friend,
California holds a special place in my heart, and I am thrilled to be returning to Berkeley for this very special live event and my first as Real Mushrooms Chief Medical Herbalist.. Functional mushroom research is a vibrant and dynamic field, and my understanding of its therapeutic importance has greatly expanded since my last visit. I can't wait to share these insights with you and explore how they can benefit your clinical practice. Please join me for an engaging seminar where I will share my latest discoveries and discuss the exciting advancements in functional mushroom therapy.

Session 1: It all started with a Gourmet Ape! Well, that’s my theory at least! Humans are hardwired to consume mushrooms, and our overall health suffers when we don’t. Mushrooms are marvelous multitaskers, offering much more than just being fabulous immunomodulators. This session delves into the fascinating relationship between functional mushrooms and whole human health.
Session 2: Ergothioneine is arguably the most important nutrient you've never heard of! Think of it as an unnamed vitamin. In this session, Lee Carroll will delve into the critical role Ergothioneine plays in human health, spotlighting its benefits for cardiovascular health, longevity, cognitive function, and mitochondrial health. Discover why this powerhouse antioxidant is absolutely essential for all your patients and learn practical ways to incorporate it into clinical practice.
Session 3: An engaging patient-focused conversation where you can ask me anything about mushrooms. I'll incorporate themes from today's sessions to expand your clinical horizons and optimize your patients' health. This is your opportunity to deepen your understanding and apply the latest insights into your practice.
