Written by Real Mushrooms

Get cozy with this vegan, paleo, dairy-free, healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte made with real pumpkin and boosted with the immune support of Real Mushrooms Turkey Tail extract.

Pumpkin Spice and everything nice… especially when immune-boosting mushrooms are involved! That’s right, ‘tis the season for cozy sweaters, leaves changing colors, temperatures cooling down, and of course, the explosion of pumpkin spice galore.

In fact, we’re pretty sure fall only “officially” begins when people enjoy their first sip of a pumpkin spice latte.

But along with that “official” Autumn beginning, comes the other “official” beginning: cold & flu season.

Fear not, though, because we have your back over here at Real Mushrooms. We want you to enjoy all the best parts of the season while protecting you from all those sore throats, irritating sneezes, and red noses. (We’ll save those red noses for Rudolph and Christmas.)

Enter our spin on the classic drink: We take one Pumpkin Spice Latte, but hold the artificial ingredients, flavors, preservatives, starches, and fillers and add an extra dose of immune-boosting Turkey Tail mushroom extract.

Drink order up! Let’s dive into the details.

Most pumpkin spice lattes tend to have an exorbitant amount of artificial ingredients, preservatives, and sugar. And we get it, it’s easy to love that satisfying taste! But you know who else loves and feeds off too much sugar? Those colds, pathogens, and viruses.

The great part is, you don’t have to sacrifice taste, and you don’t have to sacrifice health. You can have the best of both worlds: Your pumpkin spice and your immune health too!

And you can have it in under 5 minutes with this easy-to-make, mushroom-boosted latte. That’s less time than you would spend standing in a popular coffee shop line.

And you probably wouldn’t be able to ask for a shot of Turkey Tail at your coffee shop either. Then you’d miss out on that cold & flu protection.

With our homemade latte, you can avoid the lines, save some money, and boost your health all at the same time. And while sipping in the comforts of your home, you can read this article to find out how the mushrooms you are drinking in your latte can naturally boost your immune system: How do Mushrooms Support the Immune System?

Here are some key takeaways:

Mushrooms are rich in beta-glucans. Beta-glucans just happen to be amazing substances that naturally stimulate your innate and adaptive immune response - thereby offering you that pathogen protection we were talking about earlier. And out of the vast variety of mushrooms, Turkey Tail actually contains one of the highest amounts of these immune-protecting beta-glucans. (However, Reishi, Chaga, Shiitake, Cordyceps, and Maitake are also well researched varieties that boost your immune response too - so if you want to throw those in your latte instead of Turkey Tail - you’d still be winning!)

So let’s recap our drink order: Only real pumpkin, no artificial flavors or preservatives. Only 100% real organic mushrooms, no added starch or fillers. Only natural sugar and way less of it. And lots and lots of taste and satisfaction.

Let’s go make it!
