Dr. Benjamin Alter was kind enough to share this delicious dairy-free option that is chock full of medicinal mushrooms (immune-modulating and adaptogenic qualities) and anti-inflammatory spices that are known to help support the anti-inflammatory pathways in the body as well as combating again excessive free radical production. Plus, to top it off, this concoction contains cacao, which displays some wonderful health benefits like being rich in polyphenols, theobromine, magnesium, and other trace minerals.

Mushroom Cacao Latte:
-32 ounces of pure water
-1 to 3 Tbsp of cacao powder
-2 to 4 Tbsp hemp seeds
-2 to 4 Medjool dates
-1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Chaga
-1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Lions Mane
-1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Cordyceps-M
-1/4 tsp Real Mushrooms Reishi 415
-1/4 tsp Real Mushrooms Turkey Tail
-1/4 tsp dried ginger
-1/4 tsp cardamon
-1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon

****Blend all ingredients in a high powdered and blend till all frothy***
