Status Updates:
Stock: We still have stock pressure on multiple products. See stock messages on the product pages and your order confirmation email. We also have an ETA on most products in our email autoresponder when you contact us.
International Shipments: We currently only ship to the USA and Canada. The reason is due to COVID-19 and tighter import/border restrictions throughout Europe/UK, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia. This has caused a high rate of rejected international orders being sent back to us. This is why we do not offer direct shipping via our website. We have also found that certain countries have higher rates of credit card fraud and issues with mail delivery and for those reasons, we do not ship to every country.
If you do not see your country listed at checkout. You are welcome to use a freight forwarder service like ShipItTo. This provides you with a US address that you can ship to which will then complete the shipping to your final destination.
