But when it’s chronic and sustained for many months and decades this is when things have the potential to manifest negatively in a variety of ways whether it’s immune compromise related, joint/skin issues, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, or a decline in cognitive performance.

Here is the perfect elixir to nourish your body and help the body’s anti-inflammatory pathways. Especially great during these colder months!

– 1 1/2 cups full-fat coconut milk
– 2 medjool dates – pitted
– 2 tablespoons organic cacao powder
– 1 tablespoon organic raw honey
– 1 teaspoon organic maca powder
– 1 teaspoon organic chia seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms reishi 415
-1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms chaga
-1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms lion’s mane
-1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms cordyceps-m
-1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms turkey tail


Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender and blend till satisfaction!!
