- 2 medjool dates – pitted
- 2 tablespoons organic cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon organic raw honey
- 1 teaspoon organic maca powder
- 1 teaspoon organic chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms reishi 415
- 1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms chaga
- 1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms lion’s mane
- 1/2 teaspoon Real Mushrooms cordyceps-m
