Mushroom Cacao Latte:
- 32 ounces of pure water
- 1 to 3 Tbsp of cacao powder
- 2 to 4 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 to 4 Medjool dates
- 1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Chaga
- 1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Lion’s Mane
- 1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Cordyceps-M
- 1/4 tsp Real Mushrooms Reishi 415
- 1/4 tsp Real Mushrooms Turkey Tail
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1/4 tsp cardamon
- 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a high powdered and blend till all frothy
