If you find yourself sensitive to dairy, but in the mood for a nourishing latte. You are in luck! Dr. Benjamin Alter was kind enough to share this delicious dairy-free option that is chock full of medicinal mushrooms (immune-modulating and adaptogenic qualities) and anti-inflammatory spices that are known to help support the anti-inflammatory pathways in the body as well as combating again excessive free radical production. Plus, to top it off, this concoction contains cacao, which displays some wonderful health benefits like being rich in polyphenols, theobromine, magnesium, and other trace minerals.
