As a valued member of our practitioner community, we hope you continue to enjoy using our 40% discount and our educational offerings.
Beginning on May 1st, you will use our new log-in system to access our Shopify store and make an order as if you were checking out as a customer. However, the pricing will reflect the 40% discount you are entitled to.
By May 1st you will no longer have access to our existing practitioner portal. Here is what to expect with the transition to our new system:
- If you have put an order through our practitioner portal sometime since January 1st, 2023: Your account has been automatically transitioned over.
- If you opened your account before 2024 and have NOT put an order through our practitioner portal during the past 365 days: Please contact us to let us know you would like to be transitioned over.
- If you opened your account in 2024 and have NOT put an order through our practitioner portal: Your account has been automatically transitioned over.

FAQ:
- Do I need to create a new password to access my account?
- No, you will not need to. Moving forward, you will be sent a 6-digit code to your email to access your account instead of a password. You will repeat this process every time you log in, and a new 6-digit code will be sent to your email in every instance.
- I see that I am being presented with a pop-up for 20% off for my order. Can this be applied to my order?
- No, because practitioner accounts are not eligible for further discounts or promotions. Now that our practitioner store exists on realmushrooms.com, you may see communications for offers, rewards, and sales that are available to retail customers only.
- I do not see the 40% off pricing when placing an order. Can you help?
- Will I still have access to the Resource Portal?
- Yes. We are working on a solution for this so that our practitioners maintain access to our resources. Be on the lookout for an email from us in the coming weeks with this information.
- I see the option to Subscribe & Save 15%, but it is not allowing me to do this when I checkout. Why?
- Practitioner accounts are not eligible for further subscription pricing. We appreciate your understanding.
