  • 2 to 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp of organic peanut butter
  • 3 to 5 Tbsp of coconut cream
  • 1/4 to 1/2  cup of coconut, almond, hemp milk (add more or less to improve the mixability in the blender)
  • A handful of coconut shreds
  • 1 scoop of organic plant-based or grass-fed whey protein powder of your choice
  • 1 tsp Real Mushrooms Turkey Tail Mushroom extract
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne powder
