Any guesses?

So, wait, rewind- this low-carb, keto, grain-free bread actually gives you an energy boost?

Let’s just dive into the ingredient details to answer that question.

Cordyceps Mushroom Benefits for Health

The Cordyceps mushroom’s benefits for health are well known and highly praised for providing an antioxidant boost, helping to support healthy immune function, and increasing energy and stamina. That last benefit is where this particular mushroom really shines. Through its ability to increase ATP production (the compounds that give your cells energy), Cordyceps makes an incredible energy-boosting mushroom. It’s a great resource for athletes, those looking to up their physical performance, or those that just want a bit more energy and stamina in life. A.k.a. all of us.

However, keep in mind, the best benefits are experienced over time and mushroom quality matters tremendously. That’s why we focus on 100% pure, organic Cordyceps Mushroom extract, with absolutely no added fillers - because we want you to actually feel the mushroom benefits for health. So taking a little bit everyday with intention might, dare we say it, have you feeling like you’re floating on cloud nine? And on that cloud-centered note….

What is Cloud Bread?

If you haven’t heard yet, cloud bread is a fluffy, soft bread made with only 3 ingredients- eggs, cream cheese, and cream of tartar. Cue the rejoicing from those following a grain-free, low-carb, or keto diet.

The all-important question is, does it taste good?

The best results come by adding optional spices, flavorings, and toppings. That’s why we gave you some different variations you can try below. Keep in mind, it has a more meringue-like texture after coming right out of the oven. But, if you wait a couple of hours after you make it, the texture should become more bread-like.

Cloud Bread with CordycepsThe Sweet and Savory Variations of our Cloud Bread Keto Recipe

Are you team sweet or team savory? Can’t pick (because who can!)?

No problem, because we like to satisfy all parties involved. So we bring you a cloud bread keto recipe, boosted with mushroom benefits for health, in two different styles. Team Sweet is the strawberry shortcake. Team Savory is the margarita pizza. No judgement here if you’re team both!

Can you use a substitute for the cream cheese?

Yes! You can use cottage cheese, greek yogurt, or sour cream instead of the cream cheese. Full-fat versions yield the best results.

Can you season the Cloud Bread Keto Recipe?

Yes! You can add 1/2 tsp of dried herbs or garlic powder to the yolk and cream cheese mixture. It makes a more flavorful, delicious bread that way.

For a sweet version, you can add 1 TB of your favorite granulated sweetener to the yolk and cream cheese mixture. Also, adding 1/2 tsp of cinnamon really takes the bread to the next level.

For a fun color swap, you can use beet or spirulina powder in place of the turmeric.

What’s the best way to store this cloud bread?

Keeping it in an airtight container is a good idea here. Once the bread has cooled completely, place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last there for several days. You can also freeze it. When you want to use a slice, first allow it to defrost and then toast it for the best results.

However you decide to enjoy it - toast it up, slather some nut butter on it, make it a pizza, a sandwich or a strawberry shortcake - this cloud bread keto recipe is not a bad low carb way to get in some mushrooms that will benefit your health.
